Notes: This also works for the heart's original owner. The heart can be also be generated as an artifact, but should it be generated with Life Saved, the heart's daemonic nature will cause the rescue to fail.

Trivia: While the heart is nominally made of flesh, attempting to eat it will yield the message: "You consider eating Baezl'bub's black heart, but sanity prevails".
