Wand of create monster

The Wand of Create Monster will create a monster next to you, in the direction you zap it. Any monster is possible except certain "ultra-rare" types (or the bosses), regardless of your level or the dungeon level. The created monster will not be a "unique" (named) monster. Depending on the wand's holy/evil status, there are various chances that the creature will be tame (that is, a pet), or that it will appear "angry" (and attack the player, even if the type normally wouldn't do so). If the wand is an artifact, it will temporarily apply its intrinsics to the created monster. The wand will fail if there is already a monster there, or the square is otherwise impassable (for the monster).
