Wand of ice

This wand will produce a frigid ray which extends for 6 squares, and inflicts 6d4 cold damage on any creature struck. The ray will bounce off walls, doors, or any creature with Reflective. The ray can affect certain map squares: Burning forest squares will be extinguished, lava squares will solidify, and water squares will be frozen. (Acid doesn't freeze.)
