Wand of nothing

The Wand of Nothing has no effect on any target. Naturally, this can be difficult to verify, when experimenting with unknown wands! In general, if it shows no effect on a normal-speed monster, or on an empty (no monster or boulder) square, and it's not showing zero charges, it's probably a genuine "wand of nothing".
