Intrinsic Purpose

Assisting the feeding habits of Gold Beetles. Creatures with this intrinsic will take extra damage from items made of gold (or Gold Beetles, which are the only creatures made of gold). If they are wearing items made of gold, they will take 2d3 damage per golden item each turn, in the heartbeat phase.

Gaining the Intrinsic

Normally gained temporarily, via a "brush" attack by a Gold Beetle. It can be gained by eating a Gold Beetle's corpse -- but the only thing which can eat a Gold Beetle's corpse is... another Gold Beetle.
