Ring of Teleport Control

This ring grants the Teleport Control intrinsic. When you teleport for any reason (scroll, wand, trap, ring, etc.) you will be allowed to choose your destination (which need not be visible or mapped), including your current location. (Exception: an evil Scroll of Teleport can still force a random teleport.) You cannot teleport into solid rock, walls, or doors, nor to any square occupied by a monster (or boulder). However, it's all too easy to appear atop water, lava, traps, etc.
