Scroll of Enchant Armour

When read, this scroll will add a +1 modifier to a random piece of worn Armour. This will increase any existing modifier. If the scroll is cursed, an opposite effect will be given, decreasing the modifier. If the scroll is blessed, the modifier will increase by either 1 or 2 with a 50/50 chance.

"[a piece of armour] glows dull brown": -1 in the AC value.
"[a piece of armour] glows silver": +1 in the AC value.
"[a piece of armour] glows bright silver": +2 in the AC value.

A piece of armour can be enchanted to up to +3, after which point you receive the message "[armour] shudders!". Trying to enchant it further may cause it to break if it exceeds a +7 modifier. However, deities may still enchant the armour further without breaking it.
