Scroll of Omnipotence

Enchants whatever item is equipped in your main weapon slot, turning it into an artifact. If you don't have a weapon equipped, or are already holding an artifact, nothing happens but the scroll is not consumed.

This scroll is extremely rare, count yourself lucky if you get one!
