A blinding white light sears the optic nerve of any unfortunates targeted by this spell. If the light doesn't kill them, their temporary blindness will likely nonetheless make them easy pickings.

Description

Targets an adjacent square. Illuminates the target square permanently. If there is a creature in the target location, it will take 2d4 light damage, blinding it. Keep in mind, light damage has no effect on those without vision, asleep, or those currently blinded. Also, it cannot blind anything for more than 6 turns at a shot.
