Monster Type
From The Unofficial POWDER Wiki
Many of the monsters are grouped into "Monster Types" such as Bat, Dragon, and so forth. In general, these have little significance within the game, but it's worth noting that Undead-type monsters are immune to death-type damage. Many monsters are simply classified as "Unusual".
Types
Monster Type can be one of:
- Unusual
- Dragon
- Snake
- Insect
- Spider
- Humanoid
- Kobold
- Troll
- Rat
- Construct
- Daemon
- Slug
- Undead
- Bat
- Golem
- Elemental
- god
- tridude
Note the "Unusual" type is simply a catch-all for monsters that don't fit into any other category, as it is the default type for monster definitions. A monster of type "Unusual" does not have any special skills or abilities or any other notable difference from a monster of another type.
