Ring of Polymorph

This ring grants the polymorph intrinsic. The wearer has a 1 in 300 chance per turn of turning into something else. If they also have Polymorph Control, they can choose from among those monsters they have defeated, or remaining "themselves". Otherwise, they could be anything from a Mouse to an Iron Golem. When you polymorph, you will gain all the abilities and intrinsics of the new form, but you will not be able to use your own acquired skills or spells. Further, your new form may not be able to use all the items you are currently wearing; all such items will fall to the floor (or other surface). Once polymorphed, you have a 1 in 1000 chance per turn of spontaneously returning to your original form; if you are still wearing the Ring of Polymorph, this is independent of the chance to transform into yet another form.
