Intrinsic Purpose

This intrinsic lets you walk over water, lava, or acid without fear of sinking. You can still dive in if you want to, by climbing down. You can then get back to the surface easily, by climbing up. However, walking over lava or acid (let alone swimming in it) will still damage you unless you have Fire Resistance or Acid Resistance respectively.

Gaining the Intrinsic

This intrinsic can be gained from eating certain corpses (Giant Frog). Wearing Boots of Water Walking grants this intrinsic, as do some artifacts.
