A knowledgeable mage can combine the water droplets in the air with the naturally occurring nitrogen. By condensing the resulting nitric acid into large enough particles, it forms a dense acidic mist that wreaks havoc on those who breathe the noxious fumes.
Description
Can be cast on any visible square. Concentrates a cloud of acidic smoke at the target location. Creatures in the smoke cloud take 3d4 acid damage each round.
