One's minions can be consumed for more than just a quick heal. The negative energy of undead under your control can be transformed into a powerful attack to destroy your foes. On the completion of this dark ritual any adjacent undead will be so converted.

It is rumoured that this spell is the first step in transforming into a lich.

Description

Doesn't require a target. Consumes any immediately adjacent undead under your control. (North, east, south and west).

Each of the consumed undead creatures results in an explosion on the far side of the victim. (That is, the 3-tile wide blast will include the victim's square, but not yours.) The attack type will vary based on the direction:

• Northern Attack deals 6d3 cold damage and slows for 3d3+3 rounds.
• Western Attack deals 1d6 damage and inflicts harsh poison for 5d3 rounds.
• Eastern Attack deals 1d60 shock damage.
• Southern Attack deals 6d6 acid damage.

This is also an important step in becoming a Lich. If you manage to consume four undead creatures with this ritual, you will be granted the Imbued with evil intrinsic for 2 rounds.
