A chilling blast of supercooled air flies forward from the mage's hands. As it flies forward, both water and CO2 sublimate into a ghostly frost which gives this spell its name.
Description
Fires a ray that deals 2d5 cold damage to whatever it strikes. It has a maximum range of 4, and doesn't bounce off walls. It can strike any number of enemies within it's range. Frost Bolt will stop if it strikes a tile containing water, freezing it over instantly.
