A Tome of Death is one of the two best books for necromancers, but not so good for anyone who wants to stay on Pax's good side. The philosophy here can be summed up as "I want it dead, and I don't care how". Note that the Butchery skill is handy for avoiding the consequences of tossing poison around too casually.
