Converting the mage's raw experience into a form of intermediary magical particles, this spell then applies those particles to the designated target. As the particles decay they release the experience in the recipient.

Description

Can be cast on any visible square. It's important that you target a creature, or the spent mana and experience is wasted. The target creature instantly gains 250 XP. If the target is a creature you control, you will gain back 126 of the spent experience.
