Edged weapons, such as swords, rely on slashing attacks to perform their damage. As such, one must adjust one's style to gain the best effect. This skill improves your ability with all edged weapons.

Description

This skill increases the damage dealt with edged weapons, as well as increasing the chance to hit on attack (both melee and ranged).

This also improves your chances of automatically identifying the enchantment modifier on a weapon when attacking. The chances are improved even further if paired with the appropriate type skill (small weapons, medium weapons, large weapons, ranged weapons). This skill is offered by its book as "Edged Attacks".
