Cretan Minotaur

Encyclopedia
The Minotaur, a fearsome monster half human and half bull, resides at the center of a twisted maze. Daedelus was clever to ensure the passages of the maze were too narrow for the minotaur to escape. Hopefully you are equally clever and stick to small passages.

Tips and Strategies
It's big and mean, but aside from its speed, has no special abilities or defenses -- and like the book says, it can't get through small corridors. Area effects such as thrown potions work well, since it can be hit on multiple squares. Unlike the other two bosses, it has no defense against Petrify--but petrifying the Minotaur will deny you both experience and the Glowing Y-Rune, not to mention any other items he might be carrying.
