From The Unofficial POWDER Wiki
Notes
- All gods increase piety to someone wearing their dress code, but to varying degrees. Fighters, wizards, and rangers each have a 1 in 5 chance per turn to gain piety. Necromancers have a 1 in 20 chance, while clerics and barbarians have only a 1 in 40 chance.
- You do not need to actually worship a god, or even be in good standing with them to gain the benefits from their dress code. This can even be used to reduce negative piety (somewhat), or scrounge up the points to take a level in their class.
- ><0|V| will mimic the codes and bonuses of his current whim.
- Agnostics have neither dress codes nor bonuses, but can still benefit from the other gods' dress codes.
- When praying, you may notice * and + symbols after your piety and god points. This is an indication of how much that god likes your outfit.
- A Lightning Rapier does not count towards the ranger outfit, only a plain Rapier will do.
- Artifact items do count towards the dress codes. Also, an item's spirituality and enchantment do not affect its eligibility towards a dress code.
